Happy thanksgiving!

I am so thankful for these amazing, funny, loving, wonderful, beautiful kids! I could go on and on.

Build a bear!

We took a trip to build a bear and the kiddie had so much fun. Timmy picked a camouflage bear and Joy picked a purple bear. They loved stuffing it, picking the heart, and fluffing their bears. They both sleep with them. Now Timmy has two cammo bears named Frank (why not?) and Joy has even less room in her crib (pretty soon she won't fit).

So sorry I haven't been posting. Ourbcomputer and camera are broken :( and I can't figure out how to add pics from the iPad. We'll be back soon!

Trick or Treat

Haloween finally came, Timmy has been counting sleeps for weeks!  It was so funny to see the kids in boots, we got about three inches of snow a couple of days earlier!  The whole family got in on the action.  Timmy was an army man, Joy was a sunflower, Brad was a tank, and I was a princess.   We took the wagon around the neighborhood.  Joy was definatly more interested in the ride than the trick or treating, but she decided to join in on the fun for the last house.

Right before we got dressed.
My army man, notice the boots.
My sunflower.  Joy was not into the whole picture thing, but she was loving the wagon and her bucket.

Silly daddy!

The army man and his tank.  I love how he is looking up at Brad in this picture.
LOVE them!

Pumpkin Carving

Timmy has been so excited to carve pumpkins since he saw them in the store in September.  He has spent a lot of time picking the "perfect pumpkin".  As a result, we have six pumpkins and a green gourd.  (He wanted a green pumpkin since it is his favorite color.)
We have had the carving kit and book for a couple of weeks now and Timmy has spent lots of time reading it and picking the picture that he wanted.
Ready to carve!

Yummy!

Dracula!  They loved it!

Halloween (Kissing) Party

Today was Tim's school Halloween party. The kids had a great time parading, singing, playing games, eating candy....

...Oh and kissing girls during the songs.

While the whole class was singing in front of thier families, Timmy decided it was time to kiss Lydia.  If you look very closely at this picture, you can see him leaning in and her covering her face.  I wish the pic was better but it is from my phone, I spilled milk on my camera and broke it :(  I asked him what he was doing during the song and he said, "Mama, I was kissing Lydia, but she didn't want me to."  When I asked him why he said, "Because she was a shark."  So funny!!!  This isn't the first time I have found him kissing girls, what a flirt!

Joy

Joy is such a riot, such a girly girl and a tough cookie at the same time.  She is such a pip, we call her Pippa and Pippy.  Joy always carries a purse or bag,
and a drink hanging from her mouth!
We have a gate at the bottom of the stairs for the obvious reason. Pippa has figured out that she can scoot on her belly, get under it, and go upstairs leaving the gate useless.  I have gone upstairs to get her and found her sitting in the tub laughing at me.
Today she opened the bi fold pantry doors and started climbing the shelf to get raising and then she climbed a chair to sit on the kitchen table.

She is so loving and spends lots of her days snuggling, hugging, kissing, and laughing.  We just have to keep all eyes on our little monkey!
